Returns: you have 30 days after delivery to change your mind. The shoes must only have been tried on indoors and not worn outside. Email us at contact@dansezo.fr with your order number before sending anything back: we'll give you the return address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is faulty or we made a mistake. We'll send you the right size of the same model for free, and you don't need to return the first pair (once per order).
