Delivery and returns
Free delivery on orders from €50. Below that, delivery costs €4.90.

Returns: you have 30 days after delivery to change your mind. The shoes must only have been tried on indoors and not worn outside. Email us at contact@dansezo.fr with your order number before sending anything back: we'll give you the return address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is faulty or we made a mistake. Refund within 14 days. 1st size exchange free: if the size doesn't fit, email us within 30 days at contact@dansezo.fr. We'll send you the right size of the same model for free, and you don't need to return the first pair (once per order).

Our sizes are European. As the shape varies from one model to another, send us the length of your foot in centimetres at contact@dansezo.fr: we will tell you which size to choose before you order. See our size guide.

Yes, within 30 days of receipt, provided they have not been worn outdoors and are in their original packaging (return shipping costs are at your expense).
