In ballet, the shoe should hug the foot like a second skin so the work of the pointed foot can be seen. If your ballet shoes have elastics, adjust them so your heel does not slip.

Measure your foot in centimetres (heel → longest toe) then send us your measurement: we will tell you which size to choose. Between two sizes? Email us at contact@dansezo.fr with your measurement and we will advise you before you order.

What if the size is not right?
You have 30 days from receipt to change your mind (shoes tried on indoors, return at your own cost). The easiest option is still to write to us before ordering with your foot length.

Care

• Do not get your ballet shoes wet: let them air-dry, out of their bag, after each class.
• Dust the fabric with a dry cloth.
• Store them in a breathable pouch.

Free delivery on orders from €50. Below that, delivery costs €4.90.

Delivery time: order received in approximately 8 to 12 business days.

Tracking: you receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns: you have 30 days from receipt to change your mind. The shoes must only have been tried on indoors and not worn outside. Email us at contact@dansezo.fr with your order number before sending anything back: we will give you the return address. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product is faulty or we made a mistake. Refund within 14 days.

Changing size: there is no direct exchange. Return the pair, then place a new order in the right size. The easiest way is to email us before ordering with the length of your foot.
