The Dansezo tip
In ballet, the shoe should hug the foot like a second skin so the work of the pointed foot can be seen. If your ballet shoes have elastics, adjust them so your heel does not slip.

You have 30 days from receipt to change your mind (shoes tried on indoors, return at your own cost). The easiest option is still to write to us before ordering with your foot length.

- Do not get your ballet shoes wet: let them air-dry, out of their bag, after each class.

- Store them in a breathable pouch.

Free delivery on orders from €50. Below that, delivery costs €4.90.

Email us at contact@dansezo.fr with your order number before sending anything back: we'll give you the return address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is faulty or we made a mistake. Refund within 14 days. 1st size exchange free: if the size doesn't fit, email us within 30 days at contact@dansezo.fr. We'll send you the right size of the same model for free, and you don't need to return the first pair (once per order).
