What if the size is not right?
You have 30 days from receipt to change your mind (shoes tried on indoors, return at your own cost). The easiest option is still to write to us before ordering with your foot length.
Care
Keep your dance shoes for the dance floor: the sole wears and loses its glide on tarmac. Let them air-dry after your session and store them in a fabric bag.

Delivery and returns
Free delivery on orders from €50. Below that, delivery costs €4.90.
Delivery time: order received in approximately 8 to 12 business days.
Tracking: you receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns: you have 30 days from receipt to change your mind. The shoes must only have been tried on indoors and not worn outside. Email us at contact@dansezo.fr with your order number before sending anything back: we will give you the return address. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product is faulty or we made a mistake. Refund within 14 days.
Changing size: there is no direct exchange. Return the pair, then place a new order in the right size. The easiest way is to email us before ordering with the length of your foot.

Can I return a shoe?
Yes, within 30 days of receipt, provided it has not been worn outdoors and is returned in its original packaging. Return costs are paid by the customer. Returns policy details.
